Welcome to the Isle of Wight's first and only chefs table, set in the heart of the kitchen directly opposite the pass you will get to smell and watch every dish get plated up and leave the kitchen directly in front of you.
Watch the team of chefs as they carefully construct your food, help the waiting staff in serving you and also answer any questions about each dish. Sit through an entire professional service and enjoy this very rare opportunity. Justin said:
'The reason for the chefs table is simple, I want our customers to be able to come in the kitchen and see how we work, we have nothing to hide, all our food is made by us from the bread to the ice cream, most people have to go to London for this experience so I wanted to bring the chefs table concept to the Isle of Wight, its great fun for the customers and the chefs and provides great entertainment for everyone.'
