Wightlink sails between the mainland and the Isle of Wight up to 230 times a day on three routes. 2. Gunwharf, Portsmouth to Fishbourne, IOW... vehicle ferry - 40 minutes.
3. Lymington, Hampshire to Yarmouth, IOW... vehicle ferry - 35 minutes.
You are welcome to use any ferry travelling as a foot passenger!
