Echo Me Sound Therapy
Isle of Wight
At a glance
Echo Me Sound Therapy is a sound-based wellbeing practice at Monte Cello on Maples Drive in Ventnor, Isle of Wight. The offering centres on gong and sound baths, sound and frequency therapy, and private sessions designed around rest, balance and nervous system regulation.
Public gong and sound baths take place regularly in Ventnor and at other locations across the island. These sessions use the tones and vibrations of gongs and other instruments to create a structured, restorative setting. The approach is therapeutic rather than entertainment-led, with an emphasis on calm, presence and deep rest.
Private sound baths are available at the Ventnor sound space, with sessions also able to take place at a home, holiday residence or another chosen venue. A private booking can be shaped around a particular focus or intention, and the instrument selection can be discussed as part of the arrangement. This makes the service suitable for individual wellbeing work, small private occasions and collaborative bookings where a tailored sound experience is needed.
One-to-one sound therapy appointments are offered in 60-minute and 90-minute formats. Singing bowls, drum and voice form part of the work, with the session adapted to the individual. Echo Me also provides frequency rebalancing through a voice analysis programme, which creates a personal frequency profile and corresponding sound tones. This strand of the service is intended to support balance and nervous system regulation through a more personalised approach.
Forest sound baths provide a woodland-based alternative. Participants are cocooned in a hammock while sound, breath and stillness form part of a calming session connected with the natural setting. The wider programme also includes collaborative work and private bookings, with online contact available for enquiries and consultations.
The practice is led by a qualified and insured sound practitioner with DBS certification and first-aid training. Sound therapy is presented as a way to encourage deep relaxation, ease stress and anxiety, support emotional processing, and promote mental and emotional clarity. It may suit people seeking a quieter approach to wellbeing, whether through a public group session, a private sound bath, a one-to-one appointment or woodland sound work.
